Description[]
He has a bloated body and an elongated neck and face. He has a few strands of hair on his face and his arms have completely disappeared. His face seems content and he's also one of the few Joy Mutants that appear to be smiling.
He must be defeated to go to Terry's Land of Hints.

- He is found in the cave blocking the way to Terry's Land of Hints.
Notes[]
- Arty has Fatal Chomp which he can use at any time during the fight, dealing high amounts of damage to Buddy.
- Arty is somewhat vulnerable to Flash. Leaving him flustered and unable to attack.
- Instead of having the regular discomforting battle music, Arty has the track "Land of Hints" playing when he is fought.
- Arty has the ability to recover HP using Eat when his HP is between 0% to 50%.
