This attack doesn't seem to have a real purpose as it could only be obtained if you fight everything in the entire game- which already boosts your stats to an insane degree- making the final "bosses" trivial. This move simply exacerbates this fact and if you've defeated every enemy in order to get this move, there's virtually nothing for you to use it on other than scripted encounters that don't last very long at all.
