Bernie Mantee is a shirtless, Caucasian male a stylized face and a large, flat nose, his black hair is styled in a pompadour and a horseshoe mustache, he is also seen carrying a wooden baseball bat with a white grip.
Description[]
Bernie Mantee makes his first, and only appearance outside of Factory Town, after the player experiences the hallucination-flashback involving Rick Weeks. He and the Road Scholars will attempt to extort Brad Armstrong for it's (Factory Town's) safety and will fight him if he has under 20 mags or refuses their demands, in battle, Bernie will use his Club Strike move, which has a 50% chance of stunning.

- Bernie Mantee has the second lowest health out of the Road Scholars, being beaten by Toby Cream, Louie Headliner, and Crack Ripper, the only member of the gang with lower health than him is Harley Denim.
