Description[]
Cinderblock Sluggan is the fourth opponent of the Eternal Championship at the EWC. He is always seen wielding a cinder block tried to a rope, which appears to be used as a flail. Sluggan is confident that he can break Brad's win streak, and then the fight will begin.
When Cinderblock Sluggan is almost out of health a masked man will suddenly interrupt the battle and proceed to wail on Brad with a steel folding chair. When Brad is defeated the man will vanish, but due to his interference Sluggan will have lost the match and Brad will be the victor.

- Even if Brad manages to have a little HP left after the masked man's onslaught the battle will still end regardless.
- After this battle Brad will be left with only 1 HP. It is extremely important to heal before going on to the next match.
