Harley Denim is a Caucasian male with balding blond hair, only possessing hair on the sides of his head, he has a small beady eyes, a hooked nose, a mustache, and a monobrow, he is also consistently seen taking a bizarre stance, even outside of battle, the stance he takes has his legs spread apart in a squatting style, while his hands rest on his knees.

Harley Denim makes his only appearance outside the door to Factory Town, ambushing the player alongside his gang members, and they will force the player to give them all their mags, but if the player refuses, or has under 20 mags, the Road Scholars will engage Brad and his party in battle, where Harley fights exclusively using kicking moves.

- Ambush outside Factory Town the first time you visit, along with the rest of the Road Scholars.
Notes[]
- Harley Denim is the only member of the Road Scholars to not have black hair besides Crack Ripper, however, Crack Rippers hair might be stylized and dyed.
- Harley Denim has the lowest health out of all the Road Scholars next to Bernie Mantee, but Harley has the highest agility out of all of his fellow gang members.
