Johnny Walrus sports the signature attire of the Van Dam Gang: a small pink and black hat, and no shirt. His defining features are his namesake mustache and his baseball bat.

- A bug existed in older versions of the game where, unless Gary Panther was assassinated before the fight, Johnny Walrus would be completely invincible, rendering the fight impossible to win.
