A Hallucination of Marty Armstrong seen by both Lisa Armstrong and Brad Armstrong. In LISA: THE FIRST, the Marty Spider is an insta kill enemy that will send you back to a checkpoint. In LISA: THE PAINFUL, it is a weak enemy with a very low reward, serving more as an annoyance than a threat.

Notes[]
- The Marty Spider is a callback to LISA: THE FIRST, the difference being that they would send you back to a checkpoint upon contact, rather than being a straight-up battle.
- Despite presumably being Brad's hallucination, the rest of Brad's party will be with him when he fights a Marty Spider and can even attack it themselves, possibly hinting at attacking real enemies.
