Description

Nelson Coots in a lonesome man found in one of the houses at Village One. He is a shirtless man seen huddled in a corner complaining about how some acquaintances of his abandoned him. If Buddy happens to not have a mask on when speaking with him he will suddenly turn around and attack her.
