Pacifist Village is a location in LISA: THE JOYFUL near Area 1 Crossroads. The leader of the area is Mr. Beautiful and he is well respected due to his ability to consistently maintain peace within the Village. Buddy must defeat him in order to become the most powerful person in Olathe.
Around the Pacifist Village are followers of Mr Beautiful, B.B.B.'s. Buddy can have a choice as to whether to kill them or not. There is no negative result, gameplay-wise, to killing them.
Further to the east is a B.B.B. Joy Mutant, with a pile of B.B.B. bodies nearby. This would mean that despite Mr. Beautiful's attempt to make a clean society, one of his followers was a user of Joy.
Further to the east is a camp, that can fill an Empty Bottle with Bottle of Soup. These can be found previously in Vega Land.
Finally, Mr. Beautiful is met at the end of Pacifist Village. Understandably, he is confused that Rando is not with the Unics and that he is with a child holding a sword. He notes that this was not "part of the plan". This may imply that the Unics, Rando and Mr Beautiful had a plan as to what they were doing with Buddy. Regardless, Buddy initiates a fight with Mr Beautiful. After defeating him, Buddy returns to The List.
