Appearance and personality[]

His personality is pretty innocent in LISA: The Painful where he plays with his friends, but after the downfall of the Salvation Rangers he felt lonely and wanted a friend. His appearance is a tall lanky man with a green mask and the justice shawl. Under his mask, Tooley has frizzy hair and freckles.
LISA: The Painful[]
He first appears when the Salvation Rangers are trying to fight Blake the Snake. Later, he appears in the construction site and disappear with the rest of the Rangers. His next appearance is in The Beehive and tells you to not to tell the other Salvation rangers. This is explains why he isn't there during the downfall of the Salvation Rangers.
LISA: The Joyful[]
If you go to a certain cave you can find his green mask. Later if you go to Buzzo's camp you'll find him. After you finish the list he'll hang himself with a rope nearby.
